RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All www.pairpairfull.com customers can request for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving them. 

Socks do have a hygienic issue once worn. Therefore we would only accept items with packaging and labels intact, undamaged, on return. 

Products purchased on sale (discounted prices) are not eligible for return or exchange. 

You must be liable for the shipping charges when you return or exchange any product. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. In cases that the returned items are worn, damaged, or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to give you a refund.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Please print and fill in this Returns Form and include in your returning package
2. Make sure to include instructions on how we should process your return (e.g. for refund, for exchange to another size, style, etc.)
3. Send your items with the original label intact.

For exchange, please note we can only exchange for items with lower selling price than the purchased value.
