Retail Supervisor

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for leading and driving the team to achieve sales and service excellence. This includes, but is not limited to daily store operations, customer relations and POS activities.

Responsibilities 

• Plan, execute and drive action plans to ensure team members achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and KPI targets
• Prepare monthly store incentive scheme
• Support store image through enhancing visual merchandising
• Supervise store operations, monthly reconciliation in accordance with company procedures and guidelines
• Maintain accountability for store inventories by reporting any discrepancy in inventory levels
• Adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures
• Help coach team members in terms of sales techniques, product knowledge, CRM processes
• Schedule monthly employee shifts and breaks
• Manage payroll calculations
• provide secretarial and administrative support to the management, coordination support to retail team
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements 

• Cheerful and willing to learn
• 2-4 years relevant experience
• Associate degree / higher diploma or above
• Good time management, determine priorities and able to make effective decisions
• Excellent entrepreneurial, problem solving and analysis skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-starter who can work independently and, in a team environment
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
• Required Languages: Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Proficient in using sales software and MS Office applications

Part-time Brand Ambassador 

Job Description 

• Create excitement and fun to our guests by presenting our rich story-telling mismatching socks
• Recommend our customers the right outfit by suggesting styles based on customers’ preference, hobbies, latest trend and promotions
• Store inventory management including unpacking, stock count, arranging storage and making a nice presentation on the store floor
• Maintain sales floor to make sure the visual display is up to standard, tidy and clean from time to time
• Achieve daily sales target assigned by the store management team
• Be part of the Pair Pair Full family to maintain the strong bonding amongst the team members

Requirements

• Genuine, passionate, cheerful with positive attitude
• Independent, honest with strong integrity
• Excellent team player and good communication skill
• Be able to handle multiple tasks in parallel
• Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• DSE or above (preferably diploma or above)
