A Life-Changing Career Break in Poland

Before the brand was ever conceptualized, our founders Fai & Jenny decided to press pause on the daily grind and embark on a career break to Poland.

Wandering through the vibrant weekend markets, we were captivated by the creativity and energy of Polish. It was still COVID but the country didn't stop, but rather keep nurturing lots of new excitements and start-ups . The creative spark we brought back from Poland became the very baseline of Pair Pair Full.

Weekend Market: Where It All Began

Returning to Hong Kong with a heart full of European inspiration, Pair Pair Full started as a humble stall at a weekend pop-up market. We stood in the bustling crowd and felt the raw enthusiasm of Hong Kongers for funky and colorful designs. That spark lit the fire for everything to come.

Eslite Taikoo: From Weekend Market to Our 1st Pop-up Store

Our first major breakthrough arrived when we set up our very first retail space inside Eslite Taikoo in summer 2021. Stepping from a market stall into a popular cultural destination allowed us to show to Hong Kong people that Pair Pair Full was more than just socks—it was an invitation to embrace individuality and express yourself via mis-matching and storytelling designs.

    We partnered with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra (HK Phil), translating the elegance of symphonic movements into playful rhythms for your feet.

    Believing in design with a purpose, we partnered with the Hong Kong Down Syndrome Association (HKDSA) on charity collections, using our vibrant palette to spread love, inclusion, and warmth across the community.

  • Cinema & Local Illustration

    In a trio collaboration with MOViE MOViE and celebrated Hong Kong illustrator Vivian Ho, we curated a visual story inspired by classic monster movies. We brought the silver screen’s magic into wearable art, merging local illustration with cinematic nostalgia.

    We co-created the special "Let's Talk Love" collection with the artist and celebrity Lesley Chiang. Inspired by the 5 Love Languages, this collection encourages everyone to speak their love out loud and bring empowering vibes to daily fashion.

    We teamed up with the renowned US sandal brand TEVA to pays tribute to Hong Kong’s iconic walking trails, encouraging everyone to explore the city's breathtaking nature with a stride full of color.

    We established our presence at the revitalized historical landmark The Mills, a legendary heritage brand that has kept generations of Hong Kongers warm, reimagining nostalgic textile stories through a modern lens.

    We joined forces with Hong Kong Disneyland, infusing world-class magic and happiness into homegrown original design by introducing a collection "A Day in Disneyland"

Spatial Aesthetics & Brand Elevation

In end 2023, we were honored to partner with the award-winning Polish architectural design studio mode:lina to orchestrate the spatial and visual layout for our branded pop-up boutiques at K11 MUSEA and Langham Place. This cross-border collaboration fused avant-garde geometry with playful product displays, truly elevating Pair Pair Full's retail presentation to an international standard and creating a massive visual buzz in the city.

HK International Airport: Taking Local Design Global

Fast forward to 2025, we achieved a milestone that our weekend-market selves could only dream of: opening our first retail store at the Hong Kong International Airport.
