What You'll Do:
- Lead, motivate, and develop an energetic store team to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising setup.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with customers.
- Manage daily store operations, roster scheduling, and inventory control efficiently.
Who You Are:
- Honest, disciplined, knowledgeable, and cheerful with a can-do attitude.
- Proven supervisory experience in retail (startup or energetic environments preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
