Human Resources & Administration Officer (Retail Operations Support)
We are seeking an Human Resources & Administration Specialist who is not only a great communicator but also a master of technical execution. You will be responsible for the "heartbeat" of our retail operations: ensuring our staff are correctly rostered, our payroll is flawless, and our administrative foundation is rock-solid. We don't need a "yes-person"; we need a specialist who is detail-oriented, decisive, and ready to take full ownership of the HR lifecycle.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Rostering & Manpower Planning: Oversee and optimize staff rosters for multiple locations; ensure adequate coverage during peak periods while maintaining labor cost efficiency and compliance with labor ordinances.
- Compensation, Benefits & Payroll: Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing, MPF contributions, and filings with 100% accuracy; manage staff attendence records, leave administration, and insurance
- Talent Acquisition & Training (Retail-focused): Proactively source, screen, and recruit high-quality retail talent to meet our expansion needs, ensuring a strong cultural fit. Work closely with Assistant Retail Manager to provide regular training to frontline staff to make sure the team delivers excellent service level and comply with brand standards

Store & Office Administration:
Procurement: Centralize and manage orders for office stationery, supplies, and—crucially—retail store supplies;
Documentation: Manage Business Registration (BR) renewals, store license renewals, and general filing
Facility Maintenance: Coordinate minor repairs and maintenance for retail stores (e.g., lighting, AC, and POS system troubleshooting coordination)
SOP Management: Review and update store operating procedures and manuals to ensure operational consisteny -
Operational Bridge & Ad-hoc Support: Act as the primary link between management and frontline staff, implementing company policies with clarity and objectivity; handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned to support daily store and office operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail industry
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Cheerful and willing to learn
- Good time management, determine priorities and able to make effective decisions
- Excellent entrepreneurial, problem solving and analysis skills
- Good team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead & train: Report to Retail Manager, lead the store team on setup, daily operation, and cleanliness of the store to ensure a pristine environment.
- Strategic Alignment: Execute brand and promotional strategies in coordination with management. Ensure the team is knowledgeable on brand USP to educate our customers accurancy
- Sales Innovation: Proactively propose and discuss new ways to drive sales and traffic with management. We value your feedback on customer behavior and comments.
- Team Excellenct: Motivate, discipline, and mentor a team of Brand Ambassadors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and KPI targets
- Administrative Oversight: Centralize and manage orders for retail store equipment and supplies; Ensure equipment and facilities in the store is in good condition, coordinate maintenance if needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
