Assistant Manager, Retail Operations
We are currently looking for cheerful and passionate individuals to join our team to promote Pair Pair Full & POME as a fun start-up brand to support our retail operation management and expansion.
The Assistant Retail Operations Manager is responsible for leading and driving the team to achieve sales and service excellence. This includes, but is not limited to daily store operations, customer relations and POS activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and drive action plans to ensure team members achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and KPI targets
- Prepare monthly store incentive scheme
- Support store image through enhancing visual merchandising
- Supervise store operations, monthly reconciliation in accordance with company procedures and guidelines
- Maintain accountability for store inventories by reporting any discrepancy in inventory levels
- Adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Coach team members in terms of sales techniques, product knowledge, CRM processes
- Schedule monthly employee shifts and breaks
- Manage store operations expenses, including payroll and payroll calculations
- Identify manpower needs, manage and recruit new hires
- Provide administrative support to the management, coordination support to retail team
- Work with management team on retail channel expansion including Hong Kong and overseas market (e.g. Japan). This includes pre-opening checklist and material management, standard operating procedure (SOP) preparation, visual merchandising guideline, etc.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- Cheerful and willing to learn
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years' experience in retail operations and 2 years' experience in managerial role
- Good time management, determine priorities and able to make effective decisions
- Excellent entrepreneurial, problem solving and analysis skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter who can work independently and, in a team environment
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
- Required Languages: Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Proficient in using sales software and MS Office applications

Part Time Sales Associate
We are currently recruiting part-time sales associates who are passionate about sales and lifestyle, to play an important role at our store and provide our customers with a unique Pair Pair Full experience!
Job Description
- Be the role model and gate-keeper of brand’s 4-keys (Honesty, Discipline, Knowledgeable and Cheerful), be knowledgeable on brand USP (Unique selling proposition) and educate our customers the brand’s product
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and KPI targets
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm. Promoting both the Brand and the Product
- Store inventory management including unpacking, stock count, arranging storage
- Execute visual merchandising, make sure nice presentation is maintained on the floor
- Maintain the daily operation of the store and cleanliness of the environment
- Provide high level of customer service and advice to customers
- Collect customer comment, observe their behaviour and proactively provide feedback to retail manager on weekly basis

Requirements
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles
- Basic computer literacy and familiar with POS systems
- DSE or above (associate degree / higher diploma preferred)
- Required Languages: Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Part time: available to work at least 3 days / 20 hours per week
Compensation & Benefits
Part time Sales Associate
- Base salary $70-80+ (airport team) / $60-70+ (downtown area)
- Sales commission/ Bonus system
