Retail Operations Coordinator
As our Operations Team Assistant, you are the "engine room" of our daily business. This is a highly agile role designed for a fast learner who enjoys seeing how a retail business runs from the inside out.
You will be the right hand to our Chief Creative Officer and Retail Ops Manager, ensuring that our day-to-day field operations run flawlessly and identifying ways to make our processes better as we grow.
While you’ll be looking at the business holistically, you are also the "anchor" of the team—ensuring the small but vital daily details are handled with excellence.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Field & Business Support: Assist in day-to-day field operations with a detail-minded approach to support rapid business expansion. You will be at store from time to time. Learn from the team and the customers, and the business.
- Process Optimization: Proactively identify gaps in different business processes and suggest ways to bridge them
- Team & Office Foundation: Manage essential daily administrative tasks that keep our team running smoothly, including managing documentations; identify suppliers within the company’s requirement and work with them to ensure the team has the resources they need.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Identify needs for our stores communication and work with office teams to ensure messages to customers and key partners are well communicated.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Passionate in Retail.
- A keen eye for detail, a passion for creative trends, and a deep understanding of the Pair Pair Full brand aesthetic
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail industry
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management and the ability to determine priorities independently.
- Native to speak and type in Cantonese, proficient in English, and Mandarin
