Mulberry silk is a delicate, natural protein fiber that loves gentle care:

• Dry Clean: Highly recommended to preserve the silk’s natural luster and vibrant dyes long-term.
• Hand Wash (Alternative): Gently swish in cold water with a silk-safe or pH-neutral detergent. Do not wring, twist, or soak. Gently press out excess water with a clean towel.
• Drying & Ironing: Air-dry flat in the shade away from direct sunlight. Iron on the lowest setting ("Silk") on the reverse side while slightly damp, or use a steamer.

Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides, toxic fertilizers, or genetically modified seeds (GMOs). This makes the fabric significantly softer, more breathable, and hypoallergenic—meaning it feels amazing on sensitive skin while keeping microplastics and harsh chemicals away from your body and our planet!

Because 100% organic cotton fibers are natural and untreated by harsh chemical anti-shrink finishes, minor natural shrinkage (about 2–3%) can occur after the first wash. To keep shrinkage to an absolute minimum, always wash in cold water and line dry.

To preserve the bright, vibrant graphics and soft feel of the cotton:

• Turn inside out before throwing it into the wash to protect the printed artwork.
• The machine washes cold (max 30°C / 86°F) with similar colors on a gentle cycle.
• Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
• Line dry in the shade whenever possible. Avoid tumble drying on high heat.
• Ironing: If needed, iron on low heat on the reverse side. Never iron directly over the printed graphic!

• Best Method: Hand wash gently in cold water with mild soap.

• Drying: Air-dry in the shade. Never place them in a hot dryer, as heat will degrade the elasticity and sheer threads.

At Pair Pair Full, we design socks that range from subtle mirror images to bold, asymmetrical creations! To help you find your personal comfort zone, we classify our socks into 4 distinct Mismatch Levels (based on how the cuff, heel, and main body colors compare between the left and right sock):

1. Symmetrical

The Look: Exact mirror image. Both left and right socks share identical colors, graphics, cuffs, and heels.

2. Subtle

The Look: Harmonious and low-key. Both socks feature a shared color palette—such as different shades of the same base color—while maintaining matching cuffs and heels.

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straight away. However we only accept refunds and exchanges for faulty items regarding production issues. Within the 14-day period following the delivery, please send us an email, stating your order number, the faulty item(s) number(s), and the issue you encountered. You must include picture(s) of the item, showing clearly the issue of your concern. Once received your email, we will review and if we have concluded that it is on production issues, it will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability, or refunded.  All products purchased during our final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Every pair of socks are shipped via air-freight by our most trustworthy logistic partner DHL from Poland to Hong Kong. Since there is war in Ukraine and the recent Middle-east war, our supply chain becomes more complicated than ever before. You might see some items which might be out-of-stock for a while as we are dealing with the changing logistic route. If you have questions regarding availability of a particular style please contact us directly, we will try our best to assess the best available dates for you.

How long does it take if I order from other parts of the world? A: All orders are shipped from Hong Kong. It takes up to 3 working days to prepare your order.  Once dispatched, depending on the delivery destination, it will take from 3-5 days (Macau & Taiwan), 7-9 days (major countries in Asia), 9-14 days (North America & most of the countries in Europe), 9-28 (rest of the world).
