Be the face of our brand at Hong Kong’s two most prestigious gateways: The Peak and HK International Airport. We are seeking storytellers—individuals who represent a premium lifestyle and uphold the integrity of our brand strategies while engaging the world.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Excellence: Provide professional, proactive, and memorable service. Deliver all promotional campaigns and brand messaging with 100% precision as directed by management.

Sales Productivity: Offer creative suggestions on how to engage global travelers. We encourage you to share your "on-the-ground" feedback and propose new ideas to management to help us win together
- Story Telling: Educate customers on our brand heritage, products, and unique selling points
- Operations: Assist in visual merchandising, inventory management, POS transactions, and maintaining a pristine store environment
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the Store Supervisor and Management to exceed monthly targets
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A "magnetic" personality who enjoys meeting people from all walks of life.
- A Team Player with Integrity: You take pride in executing management’s strategies to the letter, but you also have the spark to suggest "the next big thing" through the right channels.
- Reliable: Disciplined, punctual, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- DSE or above (associate degree / higher diploma preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail industry
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required
- Cheerful and willing to learn
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles
- Basic computer literacy and familiar with POS systems
- Native to speak and type in Cantonese, proficient in English, and Mandarin
